Purchased a used Can-Am Ryker from Hillsboro OR and had it shipped all the way to Maryland. Brandon K was my POC and he provided highly professional, responsive and exceptional service. It was my first cycle purchase and it was all the way across the country, Brandon immediately stepped up to provide everything I needed to make the purchase confidently and with no hesitation whatsoever. He went above and beyond by sending me photos, getting accurate answers to all my newbie questions with his team to make sure I got one simple and accurate answer...No back and forth or vague answers. His responses while he was in the office and out were equally professional and prompt. He also made sure that the cycle was VERY thoroughly detailed and checked out mechanically before shipping. When it arrived it FAR exceeded my expectations. Was having issues with power Motorsports and trying to get a new dirtbike, wouldn’t get calls back and waiting on hold for long periods of time. I gave Matt McKay a phone call and him and Gabe (salesman) had me taken care of in 15 minutes with a call back saying they got an approval and the next day I picked up a new bike, I would highly recommend working with Matt and Gabe. They made the process very simple and easy
